“I am pursuing a Master of Science at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene, MCPHS University. I am requesting your participation in a survey about dental hygienists’ knowledge, practices, and attitudes in regard to occupational noise.. You will not be asked for any identifying information and all responses will be anonymous.
You are eligible to participate in the survey if you meet these requirements:
You are a registered dental hygienist within the US; you are fluent in reading and speaking English; you must have been providing patient care in a clinical setting at least 3 day/week for the last year; have access to and the ability to complete a web-based survey; and be at least 18 years of age..

The research has been approved by the MCPHS University Institutional Review Board and assigned protocol # IRB033120B.
