GADHA Late-Night Clinic Dinner

Everyone dreads staying in clinic into the late evening hours, but it’s a sign that they’re almost ready to become licensed professionals! Tonight is one of three late night clinic sessions for ACC second year dental hygiene students as they prepare for their clinical boards!

GADHA’s SCADHA Liaison Kimberly McDougall and her committee budgeted for dinner tonight and we were able to provide some healthy nourishment for the class of 2021. GADHA President, Melissa Vetter, had the honor to drop off the H‑E‑B Meal Simple Salads and Sandwiches for students and faculty.

We want to make sure these hygiene students know they are supported both in and out of school. This class, in particular, had to deal with the COVID pandemic disrupting the social aspect of hygiene school. We hope to convey that hygienists in our membership always have a place to be lifted up, feel heard, and find mentorship within our organization.
