Reena Patel holds a Bachelor’s in Science from The University of South Carolina in addition to an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Since moving to Austin, she has served on the board as secretary, delegate, and alternate trustee. She is excited to continue her role as trustee and to serve as a liaison between her local and state components. In addition to serving as trustee, Reena is also an active member of the budget and finance committee along with the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) committee. She is proud to be a member of ADHA and hopes to provide awareness on the importance of being involved with your professional organization, whether that be in the local, state, or national level. Reena is passionate about community outreach, volunteerism, and mentorship. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, caring for her plants, and being outdoors.
